Inefficient design and not durable for the long term
In principle the product works but the design is fundamentally flawed as hairs easily get tangled on the roller. Trying to cut them out with scissors as per instructions works to an extent. But as you can’t remove the roller to clean/clear it properly - at least not easily, I’m suspecting I will need to replace this brush head again in the future.
