Good Quality Turbo head albeit rather noisy
I purchased this Miele Turbo head for my Cat & Dog vacuum cleaner to replace the old original cleaning head. It is certainly 'turbo' :) It does pick up the dog hairs (and we have an Aussie Shepherd who is very hairy!) and is extremely light due to the good rollers underneath.
The only comments I would make are that it is very noisy - louder than the previous head (with a whiney type of sound) but the good performance does outweigh this annoyance. The other point is that you do need to remove the hair in the roller after hoovering (or intermittently) and although that does not take long and it does show how much longer hair does get picked up, it is a task which needs to be done. These 2 observations are why I am rating 4 rather than 5 stars, but I am pleased I bought it.
